📌根据加拿大《移民与难民保护条例》（IRPR）的相关规定，申请学签可以在以下三种情形下进行申请：
✅ 加拿大境外（IRPR 213）
✅ 入境口岸POE（IRPR 214）
✅ 入境加拿大之后（IRPR 215）
今天重点给大家介绍的是入境加拿大之后申请学签的两种主流方式👇
一、旅转学（旅游签转学签）
Application after entry
215 (1) A foreign national may apply for a study permit after entering Canada if they
(f) are a temporary resident who
(iii) has completed a course or program of study that is a prerequisite to their enrolling at a designated learning institution
根据 IRPR 215(1)(f)(iii) 的规定，外国人如果持旅游签入境，并完成为期 6个月或更短的前置课程（通常是语言课程），就可以在加拿大境内直接申请学签，无需离境。
🧩2024年学签改革后，难点主要在于：
学校是 否愿意发放PAL（学签配额确认信）
能否明确证明该课程属于“前置课程”
二、人在境内、走“境外申请通道”
这是一种灰色操作空间。虽然2025年的IRCC官网已不再列出此方式，但在现实操作中，它依然是可行的。
📝注意事项：
1️⃣ 你必须持有有效的小签（TRV）！因为即便学签获批，也需要你离境并重新入境才能领取大签（study permit）。
2️⃣ 不能从美国或圣皮耶和密克隆入境。你只能选择第三国入境，比如：墨西哥、古巴、中国等。
if you’re in Canada when you get your POE letter of introduction, you must leave the country to activate your study permit. You may not be able to activate your study permit if you re-enter from the U.S. or Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
三、低龄境内转学签
如果是低龄留学生，在境内转学签也有两种合法路径：
1️⃣ 就读短期课程后转学签，根据 IRPR 215(1)(f)(i) 条款申请；
215 (1) A foreign national may apply for a study permit after entering Canada if they
(f) are a temporary resident who
(i) is studying at the preschool, primary or secondary level,
2️⃣ 父母持有有效学签或工签，子女可根据 IRPR 215(2)(a) 或 215(2)(b) 条款申请学签。
215 (2) A family member of a foreign national may apply for a study permit after entering Canada if the foreign national resides in Canada and the foreign national
(a) holds a study permit;
(b) holds a work permit;
